Converge Special Report Update: The Evolving Classroom

December 06, 2011
2 pm Eastern/11 am Pacific
Duration: 1 hour

The traditional elements of the classroom are changing. Once standard, the model of a teacher at the front of the room and students in rows of desks has evolved as learning environments have become virtual, ever-present and always available. The evolving classroom can include non-conventional education such as home schooling, private or charter schools. It can also be taken further to include hybrid learning, distance learning, virtual schools and instruction methods like project-based learning, flipped classrooms and personalized learning. This webinar will highlight the myriad learning environments available today and provide a vision of what is to come.

Join us on December 6th for an overview of:
• The drivers of evolving learning environments
• Benefits and challenges
• How new models impact the way instructors teach and students learn
• Technologies, both current and emerging, that make it all possible
