Two weeks remain to submit session proposals for
19th National Conference on Students in Transition
The National Resource Center invites online proposal submissions for the 19th National Conference on Students in Transition. Concurrent session, roundtable discussion, poster session, and exhibitor presentation proposals on topics addressing student transitions will be accepted through June 29, 2012. The 19th National Conference on Students in Transition will be held October 13 - 15, 2012 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Attendees will have the chance to share and learn from each other the latest trends, initiatives, best practices, ideas, research, and assessment strategies focused on supporting student success.
Educators and students interested in the college student experience from the first year through graduation, the collegiate curriculum, and innovative pedagogies impacting the undergraduate student are invited to attend. Graduate and undergraduate students are also encouraged to attend and participate in conference sessions.
A block of rooms has been reserved at the conference venue and hotel, the Hyatt Regency Philadelphia at Penn's Landing at a special rate of $185 plus tax per night.
