If you are an author with an
accepted paper you need to do the following:
- Proceed
with your registration as quickly as possible in order to avoid
late registration fees
- Submit your
camera ready version on the system as we are currently working on
the conference proceedings
- Finalize
your hotel reservation

Submit your
file in MS Word format ONLY!
All conference chairs
Please note that all camera ready files must be
submitted in MS Word format for integration into proceedings
publications. Following the 28th of May, we will consider all files
available on the system as final versions.

Registration & Participation forms
- Proceed to
Registration & Payment as soon as possible in order to get
included in the conference proceedings. and to avoid extra charge
for late registration.
- Proceed
with hotel reservation as early as possible to avoid high season
over bookings.
