CHEA and the Higher Education Compliance Alliance

March 1, 2012
The Higher Education Compliance Alliance - an online resource of information on federal law and regulation that affects higher education - was launched on March 1, 2012. The Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) is a founding member of the Alliance.
Spearheaded by the National Association of College and University Attorneys, the Alliance is a partnership of 20 national higher education associations. The Alliance Website compiles information provided by participating organizations.
CHEA members, accrediting organizations and others seeking information on law and regulation governing higher education accreditation will find a wealth of information provided by CHEA on the Alliance Website, as well as information provided by other Alliance members on federal law and regulation affecting college and university operations.
For additional comprehensive information on accreditation-related issues, visit the CHEA Website at www.chea.org.
