DILLARD UNIVERSITY REMINDER: MID-TERM GRADES ARE DUE BEFORE 12 NOON THIS FRIDAY!!!

Re:                        Spring 2012 Mid-term Grading

 The myDU portal for the entry of mid-term grades will open on Thursday February 1, 2012 at 9am.  Grades are due Friday, March 9, 2012 at 12 noon when the portal closes.

Guidelines for myDU grade entry:

  • If a student does not appear on your roster please contact me immediately via your DU email account
  • Enter the last day of attendance and the number absences for each student
·         Every student should receive a mid-term grade of either A, B, C, D, F, NC, or P

·         For students who fall into the Unofficial Withdrawal Policy (WF”) please complete and submit the Unofficial Withdrawal Form by the grades due deadline.  The form is located on myDU:  Click on Faculty Tab then click on Office of Records and Registration on the left side of the page then select Unofficial Withdrawal Form.

  • ALL mid-term GRADES ARE DUE at 12 noon on Friday, March 9, 2012.
Please contact me via email pengland@dillard.edu if you are unable to access your course(s) on myDU or if you have any questions or concerns.

Dear Faculty,
This is a reminder that mid-term grades are due before 12 noon this Friday.
Please see memorandum from Registrar below.
Since next week is Spring Break and faculty will be gone, it is imperative that all grades are turned in before the deadline so that we can comply with all federal government reporting timetables and avoid sanctions and fines.
