American Council on Education
puts stamp of approval on Coursera courses from Duke, Penn and UC-Irvine --
none of which would grant credits themselves.
Newly released estimates from
the Congressional Budget Office say the Pell Grant is on better fiscal footing
than expected and postpone the funding crisis for a year.
