                                           APRIL 11               ASSESSMENT DAY (8:00am – 12:30pm, GEORGES AUDITORIUM)
·         Faculty are expected to bring (and remain with) their classes to complete various institutional assessments. See the list of classes below.
·         Assessments include:
o   Faculty Advising Survey: all majors are expected to visit the Auditorium to complete the paper survey. Freshmen will also be asked to complete a survey for their CFYE Instructor.
o   National Survey of Student Engagement (NSSE) for Freshmen and Seniors: Invited students will be directed to a computer lab (PSB 201 and 289, 8:00am – 12:00pm).
o   Faculty Survey of Student Engagement (FSSE): Full-time faculty are asked to complete the online survey by the end of the day.

MAY 1              2009-10 and 2010-11 INSTITUTIONAL EFFECTIVENESS REPORTS DUE
In preparation for IE Day (see May 8-9), all academic and administrative units must submit their 2009-10 as well as 2010-11 Institutional Effective Reports by May 1. If you have not yet received feedback or need to schedule a meeting, please email me immediately.

MAY 8                   SIR II REPORTS RELEASED
                                As faculty members submit Spring 2012 grades, their SIR II reports will be released.

                                2011-12 INSTITUTIONAL EFFECTIVENESS REPORTS DUE
                                All units are expected to submit their 2011-12 reports (and documentation) by this date.

INSTITUTIONAL EFFECTIVENESS “SHARE OUT” SESSION
Academic and administrative units will offer high-level summaries of their 2009-10 and 2010-11 institutional effectiveness reports. Expect more details soon.

MAY 9                   GENERAL EDUCATION AND QEP WORKSHOPS (8a – 12p)
Sessions have been outlined for both areas, focused on wrapping up the 2011-12 academic year and planning for 2012-13. Expect more details soon.
